McArthur's Bakery provides the cake for the St Louis Art Museum's expansion groundbreaking ceremony!

January 19,2010 McArthur's Bakery is proud to have been the bakery chosen to design a cake to replicate the new expansion of the St. Louis Art Museum. The cake was six feet long and almost four feet wide. The cake was delivered on January 19, just prior to the museum's press conference where details of the 130 million dollar expansion were shared prior to the official groundbreaking ceremony that included Mayor Slay and County Executive Dooley as well as other elected and museum officials. Chesterfield store is now open!

Hi. I am Randy McArthur - second generation baker and current president of McArthur's Bakery. We are proud to be one of St Louis's premier bakeries, and really appreciate all of our great customers.

We work hard every day to provide the tastiest pastries you can find anywhere. We use recipes that we have accumulated in our 50 plus years in business. Many of these recipes were handed down from my father or his contemporaries. We still make these products with the same care and quality ingredients that were used 50 years ago.
